With more than nine years of experience in manufacturing, she has worked tirelessly to promote safety awareness and accountability throughout the facility. Her dedication and leadership have helped guide the plant toward higher safety standards and improved operational practices. Thanks in large part to her efforts, the facility has achieved more than two years without a recordable safety incident.

Wendy’s commitment to safety extends to every employee in the plant. She genuinely cares about the well-being of her coworkers and works every day to ensure that everyone goes home safely. Through her guidance, training, and consistent attention to safety practices, she helps employees stay aware of potential risks and reinforces the importance of protecting one another on the job.
