SVAM staff

Lennie Gail Mitcham is the Executive Director for The Southwest Virginia Alliance for Manufacturing, Inc. (SVAM). Since 2013, Lennie Gail has worked to fulfill the mission of SVAM by working with manufacturers to promote the sustainment and advancement of manufacturing in southwest Virginia. Along with working with manufacturers directly, Lennie Gail also engages in regional opportunities to improve the perception of manufacturing in southwest Virginia. Lennie Gail Mitcham is a veteran of the United States Army National Guard. Lennie Gail Mitcham has a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Business Administration from the University of Virginia’s College at Wise and a Master’s of Arts Degree in Community and Organizational Leadership from Emory & Henry College.
