Vanessa Rash has strengthened Universal Fibers in ways that extend far beyond her HR title. With 27 years of experience in manufacturing and four years with the company, she brings both hands-on knowledge and strategic leadership. Having started her career on the production floor, she understands firsthand the challenges employees face each day. That experience shapes the policies and processes she develops. They are not only compliant, but practical, fair, and grounded in real-world understanding. She has improved communication, increased retention, and helped create a more stable and supportive workplace. By balancing business needs with employee well-being, Vanessa has made the organization stronger and more unified.

Vanessa also has a meaningful impact on her fellow employees. She is someone people turn to for guidance, support, and a listening ear. She treats every employee with respect and empathy, regardless of role or background.
