To open more doors for her career, Tara returned to Bluefield College to work towards obtaining her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. Her graduation is scheduled for May of 2023. She is a quick learner and a team player. Tara works with team members, peers, supervisors, and managers daily to accomplish her objectives for her department and the corporation. Daily she establishes the schedule for equipment in her area to guarantee on time delivery to internal departments that she supplies. She began her career with Hitachi Energy on July 27, 2017, as a Large Line Assembly Team Member. Her focus has been to learn how transformers are manufactured and assembled. After a year and half in the manufacturing environment, she was promoted into our Human Resources Department. She learned many valuable tools while in her role with Human Resources such as team member customer service, problem solving, employee engagement and so forth. Regardless of her roles and responsibilities, Tara is organized and prepared for all situations. She strives daily to develop herself and her team.
