Tabitha Mendez Thompson plays a critical role in the daily operations of TAM, Inc. Through her work in accounting and administration, she manages the majority of the company’s financial reporting and bookkeeping responsibilities. Her dedication and attention to detail ensure that financial records remain accurate and on track, even during the busiest reporting periods. Tabitha regularly works extended hours during quarterly and year-end reporting cycles to make sure all information is entered, verified, and validated with precision.

Beyond maintaining financial accuracy, Tabitha also serves as a valuable resource for the leadership team. She helps translate complex financial data into meaningful insights, offering commentary on trends, identifying opportunities for improvement, and assisting with executive meeting preparation and KPI tracking.
