Supervisor Training Series for SVAM Members

SVAM members have stated a strong need for supervisor training offerings for their employees. In response to this need, SVAM partnered with Virginia Tech, Southwest Center to offer the 5 Supervisor Trainings exclusively for SVAM Member companies at no cost. Each training was provided virtually, via Zoom, and recorded so SVAM Member companies can watch at their convenience. These trainings were a great success with a combined attendance total of 292 for the 5 trainings.

  • Communication Skills Training: Understanding the Communication Process
  • Time Management Skills Training: Effectively Using Your Time
  • From Peer to Leader: “Movin’ on Up”
  • The Magic of Conflict: An Innovative Approach to Conflict Resolution
