I am very blessed to have the opportunity to work at General Dynamics Marion Operations for the past 23 years. In her role, Stacey has faced and overcome changes and challenges. She has shown herself capable of managing multiple projects and programs and has built excellent working relationships with her internal and external customers. She has a passion for ensuring that she does her part to continually improve the Marion site. She is known as a leader who works well with others, building positive relationships that have aided her in her role as well as the business itself. She is known to put the needs of others in front of her own. She has a passion for the community and a heart to give back. She is said to be a mover and a shaker and enjoys mentoring and training new production planners.

She has a strong personal drive to be the best at everything she does and often takes time to help and encourage other women in manufacturing to do their best to meet business objectives or goals.
