As the Supply Chain Operations Manager at Coperion, Natalie Page has been tasked with the critical responsibility of reducing inventory while maintaining on-time delivery (OTD). She has made a substantial impact on the organization by effectively managing material planning, scheduling, and capacity planning through the Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning (SI&OP) process. Her expansion into assembly and refurbishment operations showcases her versatility and commitment to enhancing operational efficiency.

Natalie is actively working towards reducing inventory levels while striving to achieve customer OTD, which is essential for driving cost savings and improving customer satisfaction. Her proactive approach to maintaining safety stock levels and closely monitoring slow-moving inventory ensures that the company can meet production demands without excess waste, further optimizing the supply chain. I am truly honored to have been nominated for the SVAM Outstanding Woman of Manufacturing Award.  This recognition reflects my 30 plus years of hard work and dedication.  I hope that I can be a role model to other women that are considering a career in manufacturing.  It is very rewarding and can offer opportunities for growth and innovation.
