As a Materials & Processes (M&P) Engineer, she approaches every project with exceptional attention to detail and a strong determination to see challenges through to completion. Morgan consistently goes beyond meeting requirements, working to ensure that material processes are optimized and that programs operate at the highest level of efficiency. Her drive and technical focus help move complex problems toward resolution and support continued innovation across the organization.
