Manufacture Your Career Event – Fall 2025

SVAM hosted a Manufacture Your Career panel discussion at Southwest Virginia Community College on November 20th.  The purpose of this program is to encourage college students to pursue careers in manufacturing by changing perceptions and educating them about available opportunities. For each event, panelists speak to students and faculty about their companies, the benefits of working in manufacturing, and available job opportunities.

Our panelist was Crystal Williams, Human Resources Manager at AMR Pemco. Thank you to Christopher Hess with SVCC for hosting us, and to our members for helping SVAM accomplish its goals.
