Loryn Shelton has quickly become an exceptional member of the Core Cutting team at the Hitachi Energy Atkins plant. In just over two years with the company, she has established herself as a top-performing machine operator known for her strong work ethic and commitment to quality. Loryn consistently demonstrates a drive for excellence in her work, setting a high standard for performance across the entire Core Cutting department.

Loryn has also stepped into leadership responsibilities within her team. She regularly serves as the fill-in leader for her shift, confidently managing the entire bay whenever the full-time lead is absent. Her ability to guide the team, maintain production flow, and uphold quality expectations shows both initiative and natural leadership ability.

Beyond her day-to-day responsibilities, Loryn is committed to her own professional growth. She is actively pursuing additional education to prepare herself for future opportunities within the company.
