Karen has years of experience in all things related to HR. She led the team in our HRIS implementation to Paycor in January of 2024. In addition, she has developed our electronic Performance Review Process in our Paycor system. She was instrumental in establishing our on-site medical clinic Club Level Health Care. Which is free healthcare to our team members.
