Kaitlynn is very giving to her team. If someone doesn’t want to work the weekend, she will volunteer to cover for them. She has a positive attitude that never wavers. She is upbeat and lifts the spirits of those around her. If asked to move from machine to machine to learn new processes, she readily moves and never complains. She is professional and skilled. She has a good relationship with the engineer and management teams and can speak candidly with them about machine problems or recommendations for improvements.
