Heidi E. Davidson has had a transformational impact on Universal Fibers’ Bristol manufacturing operations. Since joining the company in early 2024 and advancing to General Manager, she has brought renewed stability, focus, and momentum to the plant. Through strengthened operational discipline, improved cross-functional alignment, and a clear focus on performance and culture, Heidi has helped position the Bristol site for long-term success.

Her impact is rooted in determination and a strong work ethic. While raising her family, Heidi committed herself to learning every aspect of the business, taking time to understand processes, people, and challenges at every level. That investment has allowed her to lead with credibility and confidence.
