Dotty Shinault has made a tremendous positive impact on Coperion through her dedication, reliability, and willingness to step in wherever she is needed. With 25 years of manufacturing experience, including 11 years with Coperion, Dotty has demonstrated remarkable flexibility, especially during periods of short staffing. She consistently takes on additional responsibilities and ensures that important tasks are completed without hesitation. Her ability to adapt, support multiple areas of the operation, and keep things running smoothly has been invaluable to the team and the business.
Dotty has also had a meaningful influence on her fellow employees. She creates a supportive environment where people feel comfortable asking questions and learning new skills. She takes the time to guide and teach others with patience and encouragement, never making anyone feel uncomfortable for needing help. Her quick wit and lighthearted personality bring a sense of positivity to the workplace, even during busy or stressful days.
