SVAM Recognizes the Newest Certified TOpX Leaders
The Southwest Virginia Alliance for Manufacturing is proud to recognize the newest graduates of the TOpX Leader Lab leadership development program. Delivered by SVAM in cooperation with OpX Solutions, LLC, the program equips manufacturing professionals with practical leadership skills they can apply immediately in the workplace.
To earn certification as a TOpX Leader, participants completed all eleven courses in the TOpX Leader Lab series. Over eleven hours of instruction, they strengthened their skills in:

Although the official TOpX Leader Lab training period has concluded, all eleven courses remain available on the SVAM website for member employees to complete at their convenience.
