Her ability to troubleshoot machines, optimize tool paths, and improve setup efficiency has increased throughput while helping lower operational costs.
Annette also regularly goes beyond the expectations of her role. She steps in wherever she is needed, including supporting the quality department during staffing shortages. She has even taken the initiative to assist with additional production tasks to help keep operations moving smoothly.
