Courtney Harrell has made a tremendous impact on Coperion through her leadership as Procurement Manager. During periods of high tariffs and supply chain challenges, she worked countless hours navigating the complexities of moving materials into the United States to ensure operations continued without disruption. Her ability to manage logistics, negotiate effectively under pressure, and keep materials flowing has helped protect production schedules and strengthen the company’s supply chain during critical times.
In addition to these demanding responsibilities, Courtney has taken on additional work related to Wave initiatives, demonstrating her strong commitment to continuous improvement and the long-term success of the organization.
