Over the past year, as Program Manager for one of the company’s long-standing production programs, she successfully guided the team through a series of challenges that threatened performance stability. By fostering collaboration, closely analyzing data, and using effective negotiation skills, Kelly stabilized the program, restored customer confidence, and rebuilt a strong, positive partnership.
