Judy Lewis has helped build the Bristol plant from the inside out. She began her manufacturing career with the company in 2018 and has been part of the operation since day one, not only supporting its growth but actively shaping it. As the lead for inside sales and customer service, she established many of the systems, processes, and workflows still relied on today. In the early days, that meant doing whatever was needed to keep things moving, even stepping outside her formal role when necessary. Her commitment set the tone for the culture of the plant.

Her product knowledge is unmatched. Judy understands the company’s manufacturing capabilities, specifications, and customer requirements at a deep level. That expertise has built lasting trust both internally and with customers. She has maintained relationships for more than a decade, bringing former customers back and keeping long-standing partners loyal through industry shifts and leadership changes. Through sales turnover and evolving strategies, she has been the constant presence keeping communication clear and operations steady. The Bristol plant operates at its current level in large part because of her leadership and experience.
