She has played an active role in leading several Learning Teams within the organization, helping colleagues collaborate to find solutions for some of the facility’s most complex processes. Her willingness to take initiative and contribute to safer, more effective operations has strengthened the plant’s safety program and supported ongoing improvements across the production environment.
Adrianna has also had a positive influence on her fellow employees. During the company’s recent production ramp-up, she took on an important role in training and developing new hires. Through her guidance, patience, and encouragement, she helped new team members gain confidence in their roles and understand the importance of safe and efficient work practices.
