Crystal Zombek plays a key leadership role on the production floor at Tate. With six years of manufacturing experience, she has become an important part of the company’s continuous improvement efforts and serves as a strong bridge between departments. In a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment, Crystal maintains a strong focus on the customer, acting as one of the final checkpoints before products leave the facility. Her careful inspections and thorough documentation help ensure that customer expectations are consistently met.

Crystal also contributes to the company’s operational improvement through her involvement with the ISO team and by writing standard operating procedures that support production, quality, and employee safety. Her work helps create clearer processes and safer, more efficient operations across the facility.

Beyond her technical responsibilities, Crystal has a strong influence on her fellow employees. She leads by example and is known as a knowledgeable and approachable teacher on the production floor. She regularly collaborates with team members across departments to identify root causes of issues and implement meaningful improvements. By involving operators, the safety committee, and other departments in the process, she helps ensure that procedures reflect real-world experience and support both product quality and workplace safety.

Crystal exemplifies what it means to be an Outstanding Woman of Manufacturing through her leadership, integrity, and dedication to continuous improvement. She represents the best of modern manufacturing by combining technical expertise with a genuine commitment to building strong teams and delivering high-quality results for customers.
