Letha Doss has been a cornerstone of AMR PEMCO for more than 50 years. She began her career with the company in 1974 at just 19 years old and has since dedicated her career to serving the organization with professionalism, kindness, and unwavering commitment. In her role as Accounting Clerk and Receptionist, Letha is often the first person employees, visitors, and customers encounter when entering the facility. For decades, she has greeted everyone with warmth and sincerity, creating a welcoming atmosphere that reflects the values of the company.
Throughout her remarkable career, Letha has contributed across several areas of the business, including personnel, accounting, and switchboard operations. She continues to manage responsibilities across these functions with accuracy, care, and a genuine dedication to helping others. Every phone call received by the company is answered by Letha, and she takes great pride in making sure no call goes unanswered. Her sense of responsibility is so strong that she often remains at her desk to ensure operations continue smoothly, even during company events or activities.
Letha’s impact reaches far beyond her daily tasks. She is deeply respected and cherished by employees throughout the organization. Her steady presence brings a sense of stability and positivity to the workplace, and her kindness has made a lasting impression on generations of coworkers.
