Rhonda was nominated by Wendi Hurd, HR Manager at Woodgrain. Wendi had the following to say about Rhonda:

Rhonda started off in manufacturing over 30 years ago as an entry level employee. She grew through the ranks working in jobs such as production supervisor, quality control, warehouse supervisor and now as a Safety Manager. She utilizes all of the tools she has obtained over her years in manufacturing and works to apply those to her new role as EHS Manager. One thing you can always say about Rhonda, is that she will help out no matter where or what is needed.
