Wendi was nominated by Chris Ratcliff, Plant Manager at Woodgrain. Chris had the following to say about Wendi:

Wendi is the first person all our employees come in contact with when they join Woodgrain. She works hard to provide a positive experience for those employees and to help ease the transition into a new job. She has worked hard to help promote Woodgrain in the local community. She works with numerous groups in the area including SVAM, Smyth County Chamber of Commerce and Mount Rogers Regional Partnership.

It’s a true honor to be nominated for this award.  It’s wonderful to work for a company that recognizes and celebrates its employees.  It’s also been a pleasure working with SVAM over the past 5 years.  It’s been a great experience networking with other manufacturers in the area as well as sharing about Woodgrain.  I look forward to many more years working together.
